He agreed to answer 5 Quick Questions
1) What would you say is your greatest achievement in comics?
My greatest achievement in comics? Hmm... I think I'm proudest of the fact that I'm a working writer doing what I love.
2) Who was your favorite writer or artist that you worked with & why?
I always welcome any collaboration with my pal Chuck Dixon. I'm hard-pressed to call it WORK when Chuck's involved. As far as artists go, working with Butch Guice on RUSE raised the creative bar for me. The same goes for Chris Sprouse on NUMBER OF THE BEAST. Some of my other favorite collaborations include Marcos Martin on BATGIRL YEAR ONE and Wes Craig on WILDSTORM: REVELATIONS. These days, I'm loving what Mike Huddleston does with my Gen13 scripts.
3) What character you have never worked .., would you like to do & why?
Paul Kirk, Manhunter... or Captain Comet. I consider Archie Goodwin and Walt Simonson's Manhunter series one of the finest examples of the medium, bar none. CC is simply a personal fave. I have a soft spot for those old SECRET SOCIETY OF SUPER-VILLAIN issues featuring Comet chasing the Society across universes.
4) Who are your influences?
Denny O'Neil. Gerry Conway. Len Wein. Marv Wolfman. Eliot S! Maggin. Alan Moore. Bob Haney. Etc. Etc. Etc.
5) What hero or villain would you like to change if you could and why?
Aquaman. I think I could make him work. Original costume. One-hour time limit. Ethan Van Sciver, are you listening? :)

There aren't any characters I'm craving to do that I haven't done already. There is something I wanted to do more with, and now I'll be able to do so this year, but I can't say what just yet.
4) Who are your influences?
Chuck Jones
5) What hero or villain would you like to change if you could and why?
