He is best known for his work on Captain America vol. 1 (1987-1990), Danger Unlimited (on the Torch of Liberty strip) (1994), Action Comics (1995 -1996), Avengers (vol. 3) (2001-2003) and his creator-owned series, LCD.

He agreed to answer 5 Quick Questions

1) What would you say is your greatest achievement in comics?

I guess just having a career in the biz for 20+ years and never having to go looking for work. But in terms of my favorite project, I'd have to say my adult humor series LCD: Lowest Comic Denominator. That was the most fun I've had doing comics. Followed by my most recent work, XXXombies.

2) Who was your favorite writer or artist that you worked with & why?

My collaborations with my good friend Rick Remender are the most fun I've had working in comics. A great treat to work with a friend and produce the sort of stuff we enjoy reading ourselves.

3) What character you have never worked .., would you like to do & why?

I've never really done Spiderman, and since he was a fave of mine growing up, it would be a treat to someday do a story with him. I've also always liked the Creeper and Deadman.

4) Who are your influences?

Buscema, Romita Sr., Toth, Byrne, Mort Drucker, Jack Davis, Dan Adkins, Al Williamson, Mike Mignola, Francois Boucq, Moebius, Jaime Hernandez, Dan Clowes, et al

5) What hero or villain would you like to change if you could and why?

Sorry, but I have no useful response to this question. ;)
