Tim writes: After I read The Boys #17 I looked again at the cover. You guys are even sicker than I am. (OK to print--if you're sick enough to.)
We're sick enough...Brian writes: Hey Garth Ennis, Darick Robertson. I just read the Boys issue 17 and I have to say, it was good. I thought what happened to Wee Hughie was funny. The artwork was real good, and the story was just as good. I always love reading the Boys, it is by far the best comic out right now. So keep up the good work.
Sure, funny for you, but not for Wee Hughie... thanks for reading!

DYNAMITE IN THE NEWS:
[DYNAMITE SPOTLIGHT:]

ARMY OF DARKNESS/XENA: WHY NOT? #1http://www.wizarduniverse.com/032508xena.html
PROJECT SUPERPOWERS #2 (Comics Bulletin): "Krueger, Ross, Paul and Carita do what I wish other creators would do. They treat their characters with respect and dignity. The humor laced in these pages is meant to be shared with them. These very human heroes, each one effective crime stoppers, impede the machinations of injustice, and that's what a super-hero is supposed to do. 5 (of 5) Bullets."

ZORRO #2 (Comics Bulletin): "The character is timeless and the character will always appeal to any age group or generation. One has to remember that without Zorro, who does indeed predate Superman and Batman, the landscape of heroes in popular culture might look a little different. I am really looking forward to seeing what Matt Wagner brings to the legend. 4 (of 5) Bullets."

THE BOYS #17 (Comics Bulletin): "The Boys is one of the best comics out there right now. The humor pushes the boundaries of good taste sometimes...well most times. If you want good taste watch Gandhi on DVD, if you want raunchy fun with a knowing wink and comic creators at their devious best read The Boys. 4 (of 5) Bullets."

THE BOYS #17 (Best Shots @ Newsarama): "This book is very clearly a "you-dig-it-or-you-don't" proposition. I dig, and part of the reason is contained here. Ennis veers maniacally from conspiratorial suspense to touching declarations of young lovers to a sexual sight gag (your mileage of offense will vary). Robertson does his normal predictably great job on art, really selling the final page. Though part of the lifeblood of this books remains the super-hero parodies and pot-shots, there's a good, character-driven story lurking beneath that surface."
