5 Quick Questions with Mike Allred

Mike Allred is most famous for his long-running MADMAN series. Most recently he's collaborated with his wife Laura and Neil Gaiman on Metamorpho in Wednesday Comics.

He agreed to answer 5 Quick Questions during the Montreal Comic Con.




1) What would you say is your greatest achievement in comics?

Getting Published!

2) Who was your favorite writer or artist that you worked with & why?

Darwyn Cooke, since he's sitting right next to me.

3) What character have you never worked with, would you like to do & why?

Machine Man. It's a Jack Kirby character I've never played with. And Barry Windsor Smith lit him up. Love him!

4) Who are your influences?

5) What hero or villain would you like to change if you could and why?

All should be changed back to the original creators' conceptions.
